Description:
There's not much to describe for this cute little house. Fabu was originally a remodeled version of the Pre-fabulous house. When I see that house I'm always thinking of ways to renovate it. lol

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
