Description:
This house was inspired by a beautiful house that a dear friend built for a story she had written awhile ago. Her game ate the house she had built. I had actually built it for her, but didn't tell her about it. lol!! It was later inspired to furnish and decorate it.
In the zip file, is both the furnished and unfurnished versions. :)
The trees in the background are not on the lot. -- Correct the number of bedrooms. I stated 7 in the description above. When there is only 5, possibly 6 if you need to make the office into a bedroom.

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
