Description:
This is Sekemoto's house rebuilt from the ground up as close as I could get with an added basement.
Built in 2014, remodeled this past August and made into an bed and breakfast (apartment type housing)
It features shared kitchen, living, family room and a small gym and with 4 private bedrooms and 6 bathrooms for your Sim family.
The B&B file does not include an unfurnished version. However I have added the house file here (https://jadekitten.net/mfhot/index.php?topic=128.msg593#msg593) for convenience. It has both a furnished and unfurnished versions.
- Wall Mailbox, Callbox and NPC doors set.
- To edit lot, use testingcheatsenabled on and then type in restrictbuildbuyinbuildings off, to turn it on.
--- To turn it off type in restrictbuildbuyinbuildings true.

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
