Description:
The La Petit Shark Pool Center in Sunset Valley just needed a little perk up, so that's what I did. I wanted an outdoor pool lot that had some party supplies so Sims could host an awesome pool party in the summer time. lol :)
I went a little photo happy with this one. *Blush* Most of the photos were taken about 6am. I do have a light mod, so the lot may look slightly different in your game.
As pictured above the lot has objects from:
IP - Slide, Rock Waterfall, Lifeguard Chair
Sns - Hottub
LN - Fish window
Gen - Radio
Uni - Mini-Fridge and Keg
WA - Table Umbrellas, landscaping

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Community Lots tab.
