Description:
This home was created for my PI Sim in Riverview. She dumpster dived in her spare time and kept some of her treasures to decorate her house with.
-- The zip file has both the unfurnished and furnished versions.
Photos taken with light mod installed.

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
