Description:
I wanted to create a "garden house" of sorts. Basically a small house built on a small lot. To then transfer to a 30x30 lot or larger so I could add an outdoor garden area and a green house.
Lapaige was up for making a challenge of it, so we did. You can view it's thread here (https://jadekitten.net/mfhot/index.php?topic=429.msg5062#msg5062).
I left both the loft area and basement unfurnished as I wasn't sure what to add. Thinking more rooms in the basement, maybe. The loft area could be used as a place to put skilling objects.
The zip file contains both unfurnished and furnished versions of the house. Both placed on the original 20x20 lot that it was built on. It can be placed on a larger lot for additional space.
In the zipped file you should see the .package files, screenshots and an info (text) file about the Lot.
No store or custom content added. Photo #5 is of the house after I placed in on a 30x30 lot in my game. It looked nice there, so I grabbed a screenshot. :)

I keep coming back to this house because I enjoy it so much. But that staircase in the middle-ish part of the house really bugged me. So I thought I'd try fixing the staircase in between the two main floor bedrooms. It worked out better than I expected it to and wanted to share the Taylor-R version. lol It's become one of my favorite houses I've done over the last few years. :)

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
