Description:
A request came in for a 1750's Governor's Mansion, not quite my usual type of build, lol but wanted to give it a try. I enjoyed building the house and it gave me some ideas on possible additions I could do to the house. There maybe extra builds added to this page later. ;)
Like I've mentioned before, I'm not good at building from floorplans and this one was particularly tricky, so I went with making sure the basics were covered.
Lapaige joined me in this build and we made a house build challenge out of it. You can read about it in this (https://jadekitten.net/mfhot/index.php?topic=488.msg6240#msg6240) thread.
I'd like to say a Big Thank You to both the requestor for requesting the build and Lapaige for joining me in the build challenge. :)
To note: The house isn't as white as it is in the screenshot. I moved the lot to a cliff-side lot so I could get better screenshots of the house.

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
