Description:
This home was from a build challenge presented by Cheeseweasel called Cartoon to Sims House Challenge (https://jadekitten.net/mfhot/index.php?topic=502.msg6547#msg6547). You can look over the challenge thread to see our different builds and the stories behind them.
This build was quite tricky at first. Lots of do-overs, but once I got it I was able to create one that I am very happy with. This home is furnished and decorated with mostly base game and Seasons objects.
The ground "main floor" level is self-contained. The 2nd floor has a ladder up to the 3rd floor bedroom, bath and balcony.
Please forgive the wall colors. I went a little out of my normal - went a little overboard with the colored walls. I usually am more of a off-white colored wall type person, so others who download the build can color the walls as they please.
The house could be turned into an apartment-type house. I tried, but couldn't quite fit a small kitchen and livingroom in the middle section of the house, so I gave up and left it a one household house. lol
You'll get both the unfurnished and furnished house in the zip file along with screenshots and a text file on both builds.

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
The Custom Content is in .package format as well and needs to be copied to the mods\package folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder
✽ Depending on how you have your mods folder setup.
