Description:
This is the house I created in the Livin' in the Tropics challenge (here) (https://jadekitten.net/mfhot/index.php?topic=572.msg7298#msg7298) to celebrate Lapaige getting Island Paradise and seeing a house she had made with a tropical vibe to it.
I was stuck in furnishing it for awhile, but found inspiration in looking at some of Lapaige's builds.
The house was built on a 30x30 lot on Builder's Island with an unfinished basement to be expanded as needed.
The build does have some landscaping done, but I placed it in Sunlit Tides for the screenshots above.
While I was building it I kept looking at it and thinking, change the external wall colors and fencing, plus change out the landscaping and plop it down in Riverview and it could be a perfect farm house. lol
In the zip file there's a few sub-folders.
- Downloads - has .Sims3Pack files in it.
- Library - has .package files in it.
- Screenshots - Added screenshots of the build.
and an info file on the house.
No Store or Custom Content used in this build.

Installation:
This particular lot has two ways of installation.
I have included both .Sims3Pack files and .package files of the house files. Unfurnished and Furnished.
No need to install both file types. Just one or the other. .Sims3Pack files or package.
Install the .Sims3Pack file to:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads
Or install the .package file to:
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
