Description:
This build was inspired by the Shotgun Style house in SV. I use the Shotgun house a lot in testing and one day I wondered if I could somewhat re-create it on a smaller lot, so it could be used on different lot sizes.
An idea came about to add an attached garage on it. We made a challenge out of it, as seen (here) (https://jadekitten.net/mfhot/index.php?topic=598.0).
I did it and what came of it I am really pleased with. It came out better than I expected. I also used some of the same basic furnishings. I do have an unfurnished build of it, cause that's how I do. lol
I did notice after packaging the house up. It notes that there are 3 bedrooms/3Baths. There's actually 4 bathrooms in the house, 1 in the basement, 2 on the main floor and 1 upstairs. The basement is unfinished and can be renovated as desired.

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
