Description:
I've been playing around with some of my previous built houses and I asked myself, why didn't I share these? They are too cute not to share.
So I'm starting off with Ellie.
She was at first renovated from a pre-built home in Moonlight Falls - 327 Knott Street, Moonlight Falls. And then rebuilt so I could use it as a big family home. The original house had only 2 bedrooms 1 bath. This version has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath on the main floor, and 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the basement.
I moved the trees to get a better screenshot of the house, as they are cutting into the view of this beautiful house. The trees are in the correct spots as seen here in screenshot 4 (https://i.postimg.cc/90h3xV6X/4.jpg)
If you love the house, but want more outdoor space, add it to a larger lot!!
I usually add both a furnished and unfurnished version to the main zip file, however I did add an unfurnished version with pastel yellow walls to change to your liking. :)
In the zip file, you'll get both a .Sims3Pack file and .package file. Only one of those files needs to be installed.

Installation:
You can choose between a .Sims3Pack file and a .package file. Only 1 of these needs to be installed.
–- For the .Sims3Pack file, either double-click on the file to install or add it to your Sims 3\Downloads folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads
–- To use the .package file, add it to your Sims 3\Library folder.

The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
