Description:
I liked the look and personality of the original build of the home that comes with Sunset Valley, but wanted to put my spin on it and give it a basement for future growth.
Sorry about the screenshots. I feel they don't do well with showcasing the house. Download the house and take a peeksee for yourself in-game. :)
I built a version of the house on a 30x30 and liked it, so I placed it back where the original house was and added the garden space and fence around the backyard.
The zip file has both a furnished version and an unfurnished version.

Installation:
You can choose between a .Sims3Pack file and a .package file. Only 1 of these needs to be installed.
–- For the .Sims3Pack file, either double-click on the file to install or add it to your Sims 3\Downloads folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads
–- To use the .package file, add it to your Sims 3\Library folder.

The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
