Description:
I wanted to create a park for behind the Barney's Salon lot in my Sunset Valley save file. I wanted to try creating a combo lot with the Arboretum and Vault of Antiquity, so I did. Plus I added a garden of perfect produce. -- Or perfect as far as I can tell. lol

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Community Lots tab.
