Description:
Dee (deedee_828) showed me a house plan Click here for photos (https://www.theplancollection.com/house-plans/plan-2470-square-feet-3-bedroom-2-bathroom-contemporary-style-29031) that she wanted me to try to recreate. I don't do well with creating houses just like they're planned out or pictured, so I took inspiration from it, and this is what I came up with.
I am very pleased with how it turned out and I hope you are too!! :)

Installation:
The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
