MrsFlynn, I know you have posted how-tos for this but I am not able to find it. Can you please tell us how to do a custom lot size? Is it a cheat or a mod?

This mod allows you to create your own custom sized lot.

It's a mod that you place in your mods folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods

In-game you open up the cheat console and type testingcheatsenabled on and then for example you want a lot size of 30x40 you would type in:

AddLotSize 30 40

velocitygrass_AddAnyLotSize.package
-- Allows you to create your own custom sized lot. (AddLotSize 32 29)

I hadn't actually created a how-to for this, but I did mention in the Suggested Mod List thread - here (https://jadekitten.net/mfhot/index.php?topic=31.msg45#msg45) at the bottom of my post.

this is my most go-to mod, tbh. i have fifty custom lot sizes.  :o :o
