Description:

A couple friends and I decided to start a game in Union's Cove, with our Simselves. I picked the lot that Anuska built her farm on. Removed the house and rebuilt Fabu house on the lot. It was a tricky build, and may not lend to renovations that well as is.

I had a vision for it to be a fairly large 1-story home with a possibility of a basement. Though the basement never got drawn out.

Built by Anushka. If your Sim wants to start fresh in UC, have big plans but small cash, this is a perfect solution. Beautiful and huge lot with large trees and pond, fuly furnished and  still your Sim will have more than enough money left to buy whatever you want. Ticket to China or stable for that first horse. It is only your choice.

Installation:

The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library

It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
