Description:

This house comes from House Challenge #7 ~  Magnolia

When looking at the house the name Maisie came to mind, so that's what I called her.  I mentioned this in our challenge thread here but wanted to add it here as well.

Building the Magnolia house wasn't really the kind of house I usually build, but I still wanted to try because there was something about this house that spoke to me.  I did take more of a modern spin on the inside of the house, more so because I just couldn't wrap my head around what felt like closed rooms. When I saw the interior of the home in my minds eye I saw a beautiful open living space with the diningroom, kitchen breakfast nook and livingroom being all one room.

I did leave some rooms empty, because I wasn't sure what else to add. I also figured it would leave room for those who download it to add their own things to house and to make it more theirs.

I have added a NoCC version and a CC version of this house. (Furnished and Unfurnished)

The No CC version has furniture and decor from Generations, Pets and Seasons. I was curious as to what the house would look like without any CC. I like it, so I'm sharing it too.

The CC version has the CC files included.

In the CC version, the windows and doors from University and Supernatural were cloned with S3oc and made base game compatible with S3pe. I also use Warm Winter Windows from MissyZim.  However, they were made base game compatible as well.

The custom content and store items are included and are from:

Kardofe - Ethnic Dining Room - Dining Chair, Bench, SideBoard and Chest of Drawers from the Diningroom collection.

BlamsEAStore - Objects from the Contemporary Comfort Living and Bedroom Sets. - Couch and Loveseat, Coffee Tray with Book Accents, JugWithFlowers, Marsters Drawer Bed, Dresser, Hope Chest and Travel Chest and Scene In Four Parts wall hanging.

In the CC folder, there are 2 sub-folders Build for the CC windows and doors and Furniture-Decor for the furniture and decor objects. You can either copy/paste the CC folder w/sub-folders all together into your packages folder. Or dump it all in together into your packages folder. Depending on how you have your packages folder setup. I just wanted to note it just in case.

Installation:

The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library

It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.

The custom content needs to be installed to:
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder
✽ Depending on how you have your mods folder setup.
