Description:This is Sekemoto's house rebuilt from the ground up as close as I could get with an added basement.
Built in 2014, remodeled this past August and made into an bed and breakfast type housing.
The house features kitchen, living, family room and a small gym.
The house file includes both an unfurnished version and furnished version.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.

It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
