The inspiration for Ramburel is this
house and
this floorplan.
The original just wasn't working out for me, so I decided to put a "MrsFlynn" spin on it and as you can see from the screenshots above what I came up with. lol
I love the way the house came out. It's with the help of Lapaige and her encouragement. Thank you again, Lapaige!!

I kind of had a hard time furnishing and decorating this house in that I was hoping to include a lot more custom content with it. A lot of what I was finding just wasn't feeling right for the house or just wasn't working for whatever reason. So I just went with a sprinkling of CC.
The custom content I have included is: (The CC folder has exact names of the cc objects included.)
A Floor Lamp, Ceiling Light, TeaTime-Table Lamp, Trunk End Tables, Hanging Chairs, Flower Bouquets, Toy Box, Ceiling Fan, SunFlower Vase, Rug, Dining Bench, Chair, Medium Palm (plant), SunFlower Vase2. Crib, Stuffed Bear, Fridge, Desk, Chest of Drawers
And I just now realize that I didn't add the fridge into the house, but it's still in the CC folder.
In the zipped file, you'll get both the unfurnished and furnished houses, custom content, screenshots and text files with information about the houses.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
The Custom Content is in .package format as well and needs to be copied to the mods\package folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder
