Description:Built this "tiny" house on a 30x30 lot originally. Looked at it again just recently and was like, I'll rebuild on a 20x20 lot, so I can add it to a bigger lot later, so I could have a little bit more outdoor space.
I tried furnishing the other rooms, but just couldn't get anywhere, so I decided to leave them be for now and hope inspiration strikes later.
Want to note, both houses have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
There's both an unfurnished and somewhat furnished in the zip file attached.
Wanted to share cause the house itself is just to cute not to share!!

Installation:You can choose between a .Sims3Pack file and a .package file. Only 1 of these needs to be installed.
