Description:Loosely based on a house called Corgi-Chief in Riverview. I wanted a house with a couple/few bedrooms downstairs. I didn't really want to try to convert the original, so I scribbled out a floorplan on graph paper, and ended up with with the 1st floor. I liked it. It kind of took on it's own thing from there.
The house is mostly furnished for a big family, with two extra rooms that can be furnished as desired. - Has Nice to Perfect Quality Plants in the greenhouse.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
