Description:This is my 3rd version of the house. After sharing
build #1, I played with it some more and notice some things I didn't like about it after I had changed it into an apartment.
It still has it's charm and beautiful kitchen of course, but wanted to change it up a bit to add a few extra rooms, so that a bigger family could live in the "apartment" house.
The house is a 2-Story with a full open basement, family room with a usable enclosed deck for gardening Sims. It has 6 bedrooms and 9 full bathrooms with rooms to furnish and decorate to your and your Sims liking.
It has items from various expansions and stuff packs. No Custom Content or Store Items.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
