These rules have been put together for the members of our Forum who wish to write their stories to share with everyone. Please be sure to follow them faithfully when posting a story.
** All regular
Forum Rules apply for any and all stories.
1. All stories must not contain any graphic, sexual, violent or overly morbid behavior or foul language.
2. If stories deal with sensitive subject matters, please give some kind of warning message. Like reader's discretion advised. Out of respect for readers.
3. Limit images to no more than 12 per each post in a thread. --

4. Abandoned and failed stories will be removed.

Any story that has not been updated by the author/original poster in or around 6 months will be removed to save on forum resources. --
** Please note: If your story is written on a blog and share it her, but don't keep us up to date on new chapters, your thread regarding your story will be removed.
5. For readability and clear understanding, try to use proper spelling, punctuation and grammar when posting so that it is clearly readable by other forum members.
Avoid text-speak and web acronyms - spell it out! Do not go overboard with smilies (emoticons) and CAPS because they annoy and can be bothersome, as do text enlargement and colors.
-- Rule of thumb is: Use default font and default alignment, no smaller than 10pt and no larger than 12pt for the body and 18pt for headers.
Please do not modify the font, or font color. We're trying to keep the Forum tidy and consistent. This means no glow, no shadow and no marquee text. Also, please do not make the font smaller than the default 10pt. It makes it harder to read.
These options are built into the forum software, and we can not remove these options, just make rules against using them as they can be headache triggering to some.
✽ – Rules for photos:
– Images need to be in jpg. format and no bigger than 800 wide.
– Images need to be hosted on an image hosting site such as
Imgur ;
ImgBB ;
PostImage.org and linked from the image site.
– Limit 12 photos per post (at most) to prevent overwhelming the forum's display engine. Create new post, if you want to add more photos to your thread.

Polls and the Spoiler Tag can freely be used.
6. Always ask another author's permission first before using their Sims or lots in your story. Complaints from the creator will result in your story being removed.
7. All stories must be the author's original content. No copying or plagiarism of others' plot lines will be allowed.
How To Create Chapter LinksWe encourage writers to add chapter lists to their stories. It helps readers know when there has been an update and helps make it easier for readers to jump straight to the most current chapter.
