Description:I'm pretty proud of this park. I saw the stage props in the Showtime section of buy mode and was like yep, we'll build a stage around that.
I've learned It's somewhat tricky building a venue, if you build one and add table/chairs to the markers they disappear and may not get replaced after the show/gig is finished. So I added bench markers up by the stage and tables/chairs sprinkled around the markers, so the front of the stage doesn't look so bare.
Inspired by the Performance Park that can be found in the in-game Community Library.
Photos taken with a light mod installed, so lot may look a little different lightning wise in your game.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
