Oooh Thank you for posting about these tools. I used to have some notes on Create a Pattern. I'll have to see where I put them.

I have noticed that patterns are tricky to turn into .package files. They need to be edited via s3pe. If you're more used to installing patterns via the launcher, this is something you won't have to worry about.

There's also another tool to add to the list -

Note to Steam players: Edit the registry file or add your Steam copy of Sims 3 to Origin, due to the Steam version of TS3 has a different file structure and uses different registry keys, so CAW is not able to correctly read the game data.
