Description:I was looking for a house that had a few bedrooms and a spare room for hobbies and such. Preferably a single story home, with basement of course. Noticing I didn't have something that fit that description, I went looking for what I had in mind. I found the
Unfurled house and thought it was perfect with exception of I wanted something that would fit on the 30x30 lot at 477 Sunnyside Blvd. So I built this home inspired by the Unfurled home.
The first zip file (Finley.zip) has both the unfurnished and furnished versions along with photos of both versions.
** Added Finley-B1b.zip - It's the same house but with 9 NPC rooms in the basement with the NPC Doors set.

It has some store items and custom content added (as .package files). Such as the baby swing, playpen, walker, Tomfoolery toy box, storage chest and soil rug. An added bonus is the Daycare Van.
You may want to add some highchairs and cribs. These are not included in the house. As I found I didn't need them, I fed the toddlers on the floor, they seemed happier that way. They also didn't seem like they wanted or liked to take naps in my game.
I also found Vanessa and Aria while still in their Daycare Career, so I zipped them up and added them. They are in a .package file to be added to your Library folder. C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
The Custom Content is in .package format as well and needs to be copied to the mods\package folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder
