Description:Not only does it have both the elixir and consignment registers, it has a nectary with juice bar, arcade, small garden with alchemy and grapes plus a kiddie/pet park. - Inspired by Allister's Elixirs and Sundries Shop.
I created my own elixir shop a long time ago, but wasn't really quite happy with it. When a friend of mine and I came up with the idea of a combined elixir and consignment shop, I thought I'd use it as a base for this one.
I'm really impressed with how this one turned out and how well it fits nicely into Sunset Valley.
Note: Please be aware this lot does have spawners and may duplicate when placed or rotated.
To get rid of those pesky extra spawners, see instructions under spoiler.

1. Ctrl-Shift-C together to bring up the cheat console.
2. Type in testingcheatsenabled on and then type in buydebug on.
3. Shift-click on lot and select either buy or build on this lot.
Buy On Lot:
For those hard to delete items, press Ctrl-Shift together, while having mouse over item and select Delete it.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.

It can be found in-game in the Community Lots tab.
