Cedric is probably not the most ideal employee.
I set him up as the chef at the Rusty Anchor. With a cheat (Book of Skills), I have his cooking/charisma skills mastered but so far he's oly ever flipped hot dogs on the grill. Thanks to his "neat" trait, he at least cleans up the tables in the bar.
