Altered the kitchen and added a simple little porch.

From my favorite TSR designer. And please. He's a rooster. He's highly indignant now.

You're very welcome. And I will pass your apology along. I'm sure he'll appreciated it and his dignity will be somewhat restored.
I'm just headed for bed. You're probably just getting up. Have a good day. :)

LaPaige's Porch ~ The Tuxedo.

The Tuxedo.

I would never have thought of adding a Tudor style to my repertoire but here it is. Thanks again for the challenge, MrsFlynn.

I have the downstairs furnished except for the living room. I used the photos of the house as a guide. Some rooms ended up bigger than they needed to be but it is what it is. :)

You're welcome!! I love what you've done with the house so far!! Furnishing/decorating the house using photos from the real house is a great idea!! :)

Going by the floor plan, I've just added a mudroom to the garage. But it makes me think that the garage was never part of the original build because it doesn't make sense to have the entry from the mudroom directly into the formal living room. Usually they enter into the kitchen.
Really studying the photos, I can see where much of it was virtually staged. My next door neighbor's apartment was virtually staged and it sure looked a lot different than in real life.

I'm trying to furnish/decorate the living room and can't find the beams I uses in my Purcell house. I don't remember where I put them and now I have to go hunting.

Searching for custom content can get you into trouble. lol I almost went down a rabbit hole just a little bit ago. Though if you need help searching, I might be able to help.

I was thinking the house was staged as well.  It does look like the garage and rooms above were added on in a renovation.

I found them. They were in "decor/plants". Not too logical. :D
