Avondale - Part 1. This is a real estate listing I got on my FB feed one day a while back. I bookmarked it with the intention of building it and finally got around to it. I wanted to re-create it as closely as possible but had to take some liberties since I got the scale/proportions wrong and when I tried to fix it, it messed up my CFE work (garage/split staircase) so I just left it. I also did my own thing for the kitchen because the real one is pretty chopped up.

The Shops at Riverwalk. Suggestions please.

This is the first phase and it has an art store, a clothing store with a wedding boutique, and a toy store.



The second phase currently has a wine shop and a chocolate shop. There will be an apothecary in the small building on the right and I'm thinking of putting a flower shop in the space behind the chocolate shop. That leaves an empty space that I'm not sure what I want to do with.

A bakery or ice cream shop maybe. Those ideas just popped into my head. Salon/Barber Shop?

I already have a bakery/ice cream shop as well as a spa/salon.

Ah okay, Consignment Shop?

All the shops are listed as consignment shops and I have a bookstore

Ah okay. Some kind of cafe?

I thought about that but I have Crusty's Crab Shack which is almost across the street from the diner. Then there's Gabby's Bar and Grill which is near the bistro. I'm not sure RV can support that many eating places but I'm not even sure any of them are functional except for the rabbithole diner and bistro.
I've had something in the back of my mind and I can't shake it loose. I'm hoping some suggestions will help.
I also thought about a pet store but I don't know if that will fit in with the theme of the shops.

Having said all that, a cafe/restaurant is not out of the question. There are a number of ideas on ATS. I'll think about it tomorrow.

I don't know what all out of your community lots will be functional either, other than the rabbitholes. Having several lots assigned as consignment shop might confuse the game.

Looking at ATS tomorrow sounds like a good idea.
