It seems a good size. Perhaps I could try and build from that concept more often.

Although, my town was at one point also in need of little starter homes for the newlyweds and singles being kicked out or simply leaving the nest.

I so wish my town had more room for lots. I've already bulldozed some larger ones and replaced them with a number of smaller ones that I could fit within the same space.

Ningo, I've added more pix to give you a better idea what what it looks like inside. I've taken some liberties with the lower level and made one of the bedrooms into a family room.
It is a single-family home with what's known in this area as a downstairs "in-law" suite. I was the "inlaw". :)

I am almost out of building lots in RV. I have a handful of 30x40, a couple of 60x60 and 3 or 4 smaller lots. then I'm out of space in RV.

Move everyone over to RV and start over by bulldozing all the residences. Lots of room there. :D

But I find Riverview to be kind of boring. No offense. Hmm...the store town Lucky Palms has many lots as well. And a casino. And a wishing well. And cacti. Perhaps that one, I'll try out. It actually has quite a few really big lots that I could turn into smaller ones.

I prefer to think of it as quaint and bucolic (look that one up. :))

Oh, it is. I agree. I just don't feel a match between that and my Alvis :)

I've never looked at Lucky Palms. I might have to check it out.

On the other hand, you just never know what people in small towns get up to in their spare time. :)

I did take a look at it earlier. I'm pretty sure I've been there in real life. :D
