...when you build a cute little house and then can't find it in town? Of course I didn't save it to the library nor did I share it here except for screenshots.

I ran across a similar situation the other day. Wanted a specific house. It's saved, but not named. Luckily I found it in one of my folders. Still not named, but I know where it's at.

If the house has been placed in town, you might want to look through neighborhoods in your save file?

I don't think it was a challenge house. I'm pretty sure it was just one that popped up randomly in my FB fee. I probably built it on Builder's Island but I must have moved it to Riverview at some point because it's next to a pool as you can see in one of the screenshots. I have 3 houses with a pool and it's not next to any of them.
It looks familiar because I posted it to one of threads on the forum. I think it was my "Porch". I've been searching all over town and it's not in the neighborhood where I would have put it but now that I think about it, I might find it in a another save.

It's not one that we made a specific thread for, that I see.

Good idea to look in other save files.

Well, duh! I found it. I had given it a different name. Much ado about nothing...as usual.

However, there's no details of where she was built or whatnot.

I knew where it was on the forum. What I was hoping though is that I'd shared it and I hadn't. No worries now though. It's secure in the library and exported.

This is a mystery.

Every time I go to this house there is this pile of random junk in the yard. I clean it up, save it and next time I go back there is a different pile of junk. Very strange.

You may have added the house to the old junkyard lot?  If this might be the case, go into buydebug and check for junkyard spawners.

Press Ctrl Shift C together and type in testingcheatsenabled on.
Press Ctrl Shift C together again and type in buydebug on.
Go into Buy mode > Short by Function and look for the [?] -- This will show any spawners.
For those hard to delete items, press Ctrl-Shift together, while having mouse over item and select Delete it.
