I build to play as well, if I'm understanding your statement correctly.

I've built a smaller consignment shop to add to my play-save. I've also renovated the community pool and other community lots to add to my play-save.  I consider that building to play.

I don't think that's entirely accurate in MrsFlynn's case. Mine? Most probably. I have committed to rebuilding Riverview so once that's done, I'll see what happens. Maybe I'll make over Sunset Valley.  ;D ;D ;D

Not.

I have one sim that I'm really wanting to play and even more so now that I have Late Night and Showtime installed. She's a musician and I want to get her out there and see what she can do. I have great plans for many of my sims and I've given them interesting careers. Others are just there to fill the town.

I have one more essential community building (bookstore) to build and I can get to that today. I have finished recovering everything else to a degree. Some of them I didn't finish refurnishing them but as long as they have beds, and can eat, we're good for the time being.

I have some real-life things to attend to this morning but in the famous words of Arnie - "Ah'll be bok!"

Good luck with the new tire and the grocery shopping :)

Wow, I just did an amazing thing - pressed the wrong button and deleted an entire album on ImgBB instead of just the few pictures that I wanted to downsize.

Anyways, here are some schreenshots:

I don't know what it is with Miraj, but he so often does this:

Below is one of my new young Alvi couples, freshly moved into their own little homemade abode: Sadiq, fairy Imelda and their first child, Lina. I already have Lina's future husband marked. He is also an infant nugget currently. Also, they have a little Shiba Inu dog named...uhm...Shiba, for now.

Sadiq is a natural beefcake for some reason. He is not athletic and has no athletic skill whatsoever. And he has a tadly crooked nose bridge unlike VJ and Miraj.

Shiba the Shiba Inu:

Imelda:

And little Lina:

Their house, inspired by a Sims 2 starter house:

Miraj is admiring his nose. lol

Just got done with a painting experiment. lol   Now working on what from the junkyard is repairable using the what I call Junkyard mod. (Salvaged Junkyard Objects Made Usable - https://modthesims.info/d/522749/)

It's taking a bit because the junkyard only spawns a few things a Sim-day, mostly furniture.

I'll give more details over on the Sipping Tea thread in a bit.  :)

"Is there a fly on my nose?" "Does this fly make my nose look big?"

I'm glad I'm not the only doing amazing things by pushing buttons accidently. I had to redo my library...again...

Maybe I need to build a junkyard in my pristine New Riverview. Some of my sims just might end up as inventors.

Midnight Hollow

A family picture the day before Morgan Yates becomes an elder. In three days, Miss Trang and little Cadao will age up on the same day. I play with normal lifespan and aging enabled in this save, but once in a while, I pause it if I need time to investigate or finish something. I use skill and money cheats.
