September 02, 2021 - Royal Alvi Family

The Alvi life in Appaloosa Plains...

Pictures:

Spotted my beloved VJ being the insufferable brat that he will never cease to be.

VJ against a mindblowing burning sunset. I decided to play his household for a spell.

Miraj being absolutely adorable with one of the three toddlers in his house.

This is Ehsan Alvi. He just became a teen and is basically a blonde Miraj with blue eyes.

Back with four guys. This is Vajahat, but take a look - he can't see where he is driving!

Spotted Rouchdy Alvi at the library. He had become an elder, so to CAS with him as well.

Hi there, handsome Omar. To my dismay, NRaas Story Progression is preventing him from becoming pregnant again.

Babysitting fail. This is Omar's little fairy daughter, Jahina. The name means 'good pedigree'.

Miraj has moved in after Vajahat moved out to live with his wife-again and child next door. Because Miraj and Omar have a thing going and I missed him.

King Amir felt like baking and eating some key lime pie at 3:40 AM...

This guy is named Floyd Alvi. He is a peculiar mix of VJ and Miraj's features. He seems to be mostly Miraj, but with VJ's shorter face.

There are so many Alvis! Around 80 or so now :o I have disabled aging currently in the hopes of being able to catch up and getting the family tree up to date.

80 Alvis? Good grief. That's a prolific family.

Love the car and I'd get up at 3:00 a.m. for key lime pie. One of my favorites.

More peculiar day to day humdrum in Wackville.

Pictures:

A paper plane crossing the poluted sky dome of Appaloosa Plains.

Omar was asked out on a date by Mira again. Yes, that's my romantic dating setting - a double bed on an empty lot.

One thing lead to another. Suddenly, they were married. However, the ominous sky was a warning of things to come...

I did not get any pictures of what happened next. But VJ showed up, unhappy to have just lost his spouse. Did I mention that Omar has the Unlucky trait? Well, VJ beat up Omar three times and then had Miraj cancel that joke of a marriage.

Miraj produced a bunch of red roses from his boxers at lighting speed, which mellowed VJ some. As soon as Omar left, the sky brightened and let the moon spread its soothing rays of light.

It's the middle of winter in Wackville...and 68 degrees Fahrenheit/20 degrees Celsius. No precipitation ever.

Oh, I managed to time the Snowflake Day gift-giving party with a full moon again. That is Werewolf Khalil turning into his furry Self again.

Shanta and Amir bringing home their new nugget. Shanta looks like she still has something stuck in her, though. Amir looks concerned too.

Another party elsewhere. Two were woohooing in the bed when several people decided to walk in on them. The toddler attempted to do the shocked/embarrassed animation and looked like this as a result. The couple was kicked out of the house by the toddler, by the way.

LOL! Looks like that toddler grew up in a hurry. The pained look on Miraj's face is priceless.

I saw the stretch animation like late last year or earlier this year with a dog and was like huh? As I had just checked over all my mods and custom content to make sure they were okay.

I didn't realize they could stretch due to some kind of emotion.  That's interesting. I never considered that.

A dog did it to in my game yesterday. Sometimes, the scripting messes up and assigns an emotion to a Sim who has no age or species specific animation for it such as small children and pets. But the animation still runs and that causes the stretching.

That's interesting to know and an actual relief that it's not to do specifically bad cc or mods.

Playing in Twinbrook again.

Family friend, Amanda, and her dog, Oreo, are enjoying the lighting mod by dDefinder. Miraj was clapping happily at seeing his friends.

Stunning sunset in Twinbrook. I have played with this lighting mod in this save for some real life weeks now and love it.

One of Miraj's old and elderly colleagues from his time working at the hospital, Molly Coddle, called him one evening and asked if he wanted to hang out. He did. She is the single mom to a teen-aged boy whose dad, Phoenix Prudence, passed away some time ago. He was a last minute kid, you could say. Anyway, Miraj went to visit them. First, he cooked them a nice spaghetti dinner, then cleaned and fixed their broken toilet. Molly thanked him for it all, and he gave her a friendly hug before heading back home, as it was getting pretty late. That's the kind of no nonsense and kind-hearted guy my sweet Miraj is :)

Re your last paragraph. Did you instruct Miraj to do all that or does it just happen when you have free-will set up? I've never played with free-will until just the other day when I let the Moore family do their own thing because I thought it would be too hard to manage that many people. It ended up that they didn't do very well managing on their own. :D

I directed him partly. But it's in perfect tune with his personality - he is good, neat, family-oriented, natural cook and hopeless romantic. The first three he comes with as he is a premade child from Sunset Valley. The last two I gave him.

I have free will on high with my Alvis, but I do have to manage them half of the time or so. Or else they go to bed with a full bladder and/or on an empty stomach. They are also obsessed with babies and toddlers. It's not uncommon to find three adults in line by a crib wanting to do the exact same thing with the baby or toddler.
