Is there a mod that will prevent pregnancy? I have a couple of large families and we don't need more babies. I also have a house full of unrelated people (the B&B) with one couple working as homemaker/caretaker. The last thing we need is to suddenly have a baby boom. I'd have to put then in the attic because there's no room for baby stuff. :D

LaPaige, babies don't happen on their own if you untick the game's own story progression in options. Households will just die out. Also, the game's own story progression tends to just move in new families instead of expanding on current ones. My advice is to leave it ticked off at all times, as it became broken after the Pets expansion.

October 1, 2021

Two picture posts this time.

VJ visited Lolly and his kids with her and decided to stay the night. Lolly slept in a different bed though, maybe because VJ's sleep was to be interrupted by runs to the bathroom due to pregnancy sickness. Why does the vomit has to be green? He was pretty nice to Lolly completely of his own accord. But the same could not be said when it came to his eldest daughter, Adrienne, who apparently had made up for Mama Lolly's weightloss by becoming max obese herself. Oof. Also, VJ has had a wish to snuggle his youngest son, Ruben, since he was born and whom he hadn't seen yet. I thought it high time to grant him that wish.

Lolly was quite okay with having VJ for the night. But they didn't get to be close due to other visitors, noisy toddlers, nausea and whatnot. That is Adrienne with some veggi rolls. I think she knows of the weird relationship between her mom and dad and has her own opinion about it.


VJ is a 3-star celebrity which prompted this response in a visiting friend who brought a toddler who is not hers. Adrienne is still eating. VJ is holding Ruben and looking at Lolly.


I forget her name, but she is the daughter of the premades Penny Pincher and Clark Peddler - the Simoleon Savers household.


It seems Lolly and VJ were a little bummed about not having a few moments to themselves. Ruben looked a little concerned for his mother. I don't know why she has lost weight.


VJ being VJ decided to wake up his daughter, Adrienne, and mock her appearance. That did not come as a surprise to me...he is evil as well as inappropriate.


Adrienne blew up and understandably, while VJ simply calmly enjoyed the result of his antics. He is like that. Not for the faint.


Why are you looking at me, VJ? ;D I know she dresses horrificly and that the wallpaper doesn't suit her age at all...


Little Ruben. The first and, for now, only son of VJ and Lolly. They have two daughters; Adrienne and Janae. Janae is Mac's girlfriend.

Back to his mellow, slightly cross-eyed self again.


Mac after I gave him hair. He has grandpa Miraj's colors. He is viewing one of VJ's painting here.


And then he did something no Sim of mine has ever done before - he started autonomously reading a skill book. Now, I'm even more attached to him! That's his mother, Amal, eating fried onion fingers for breakfast.


VJ just painted a masterpiece.

Thanks. I think mine is off. Also, thank you for sharing your family. I missed them. I'm slowly filling up RV with people so maybe I can play them a bit. I'm putting another large family next to the Moores so we'll see what kind of interractions happen.
