Appaloosa Plains, Alvi Family

VJ Alvi starts out as an evil teenager in Sunset Valley. He and his younger brother, Miraj, are the founders of my dynasty in Appaloosa Plains which has taken over the entire town and is several generations down the road by now. But I recently felt like putting in these two anew and start a new branch.

*I use the 'engineer a baby' feature that came with the Into The Future expansion for combining Sims of the same sex, and NRaas MasterController mod to make baby-making happen between different Sims by use of pollination.

Here, VJ is not holding his newest engineered toddler, Bobby Joe. VJ is apparently so evil that little BJ has to hang onto him using pure baby strength, as his father obviously can't be bothered to support him.

Surely that must be a glitch that he's not supporting Bobby Jo.  What a cute name!! :)

I figured I'd try a sort of "rural" name for once ;D

And yeah, it was a glitch for sure. But it kinda fit with in with evil VJ.

The brand new founder baby, Bobby Joe. I peeked at his young adult version in CAS and he will be gorgeous (in my opinion, of course).

Amir the First and Special is Appaloosa Plains' lone firefighter. I re-introduced him to my game some time ago. He is married and has a house, but has decided to live at the fire station. I have seen him go on jobs around town which is cool. He is currently a vampire and I will always love him to pieces.

The sleeping quarters at the fire station. Amir is either very dedicated to his job or not happy at home. Or some combination of the two.

I like your families. Until recently, (the past year or so) I never paid too much attention to the backstories of the premades. Then I started watching YouTube lore videos. I tend to make my own sims - usually by randomizing, and dropping them into the towns. My experience with VJ was when he came home from school with my teen sim, and didn't leave. He left the house, but not the lot. Everyone went to bed, and he swam in the pool and caught his Zs in the lounge chair on the deck. Trouble at home, I guess.

;D VJ heavily dislikes his father (which I can actually understand).

But it is actually his 'inappropriate' trait that causes him to hang around. Whenever I have invited over his friend and potential girlfriend, Lisa Bunch, who also has that trait, it is she who hangs around his home. I always force her to go home by clicking the 'go home' option in NRaas MasterController ->Basic.

I play premades because they already come with a background story or description at least that I can build on, and I don't have to design them from scratch. All of the premades were created carefully by the developers and I kind of like to honor that :)

Moonlight Falls, Bertiger Family

I have been playing some more with Martin and Brittany whom I introduced here.

Martin has completed his lifetime wish of becoming an illustrious author. The writing part was difficult for him to master, because he is a technophobe and had to use a computer. He managed, however, and spent the majority of his accumulated lifetime happiness on becoming immortal. This means that he will always be around to support his beloved daughter, Brittany.

Little Brittany is working on her painting skill. She will probably choose a lifetime wish similar to her father's. They are similar in most other aspects already. They are a rather poor and far from glamorous little family, but they value the close bond.

Now that he can walk in daylight without getting burned to a crisp, Martin has been exploring some mortal routines such as visiting the park and befriending people under the sun. Bianca Crumplebottom being one of them.

Bianca: Are you trying to hook us up, dear Watcher?
Me: *Innocent looking*

Martin just scored 45000 points playing whack-a-gnome :o

Now that he won't be dying of old age, Martin can laze about without feeling guilty while Brittany is painting in the next room.

Little Brittany is also a technophobe, but artistic still.

The Bertiger's house which is a starter home called Affordable Elegance.

From a different angle.

That is one of my favorite houses in Moonlight Falls. lol

Have Britney keep up on her painting skill and they won't be hurting for money. :)

I've been saving some paintings and selling some paintings. hehehehe

Iqbal Alvi. A Sim most people either don't care about whatsoever or hate with a passion.

Miraj (without any CC) having moved to Moonlight Falls without brother VJ tagging along.

Inspired by Cheeseweasel, I have also set up a blog at Blogspot. It is called Nindigo's Sims...very original, I know. I'm not that consistent of a blogger or story poster/updater, especially when my health isn't the best which is currently the case. Anyway, since I long for warmer temperatures, I picked the nice water theme for my blog :)
