I'm doing okay, thanks. Guess I'll just have to accept my limits such as they are 🤷🏼

Do you guys get to play these days or is it mostly building?

I hear you about accepting things as they are. I'm not very good at it though and I do a lot of whining about it.

Cheeseweasel plays and I love her style. We only recently had a build challenge but I haven't been doing a lot of building. My PC is in a huge mess right now thanks to Microsoft thinking I needed Windows11 (which I didn't). Going back to W10 created chaos and between that and One Drive...it's driving me to drink! Hot toddies, anyone?

Hmm.. It depends on what your definition of playing is. lol

Spending time in-game in live mode?  No I haven't been doing that.

I've been building a house for our current challenge, testing different things with the game and typing up notes. :)

Nice to hear from you, Nindigo. I've heard on various YouTube videos that the landlord aspect of the latest pack is broken - the landlord rarely gets paid. I've seen a lot of interesting testing of the apartment system, however: Retirement home, Trailer park, College dorm, etc.

Hmm, I've only read that For Rent corrupts existing saves, but I haven't experienced that. I think I want to test for the issue you mention, Cheeseweasel. It should be relatively simple, since you can mark as little as an extra bedroom as a rental unit. There is a bunch of features to explore.

Also, I will try to catch up with your blog story ❤️

Do any of you know of the Steam game called Wylde Flowers? I find myself addicted to it. Besides looking cute, it has a deep story and simple user interface. Here is a screenshot of the main character, Tara Wylde:

I'm sorry for yet another period of MIA. I tend to play somewhat sporadically these days and don't feel I have much to share. I'm still playing TS4 on the side and yesterday, I felt like starting a new TS3 in Sunset Valley, so I did. Hope you guys are doing well.

It's always good to hear from you.
As usual, I have too many projects going at one time and not completing any of them.
My friend sent me a short story he wrote many years ago so I'm illustrating it with Sim stuff -characters, house, etc. I'm going to surprise him with it. He'll probably hate it. :D

I'm also taking all my Riverview peeps for a winter recess over to Sunlit Tides.
Then there's the blog which will contine to be a WIP forever.

I look forward to seeing some adventures from Sunset Valley.

LaPaige, I love the idea of illustrating a shortstory with Sims screenshots!

Nice to hear from you Nindigo. I haven't heard of Wylde Flowers, but it does look cute. Did you see the new Paralives game play trailer? I am really looking forward to trying that game out when it's in early release.

I've heard of Wylde Flowers, but never really fully looked into it. Thank you for sharing a screenshot. It does look like a cute game!!
