Description:A request had come in for a Victorian house. Not feeling confident in building those types of houses I asked Lapaige to help out. As she's much better at that. Her and I decided to make a house challenge out of it
here ~ House Build Challenge #2.
The person who requested the build offered some
inspiration photos!! The first house just spoke to me!! lol
There's not much room in the back of the house, but should be enough room for a small garden area. The room out back is an outhouse.
The photos shown aren't duplicates of each other. Look closely, B1 has a wall with an arch into the turret and so does the front bedroom. B2 has the walls taken out of those rooms.
I have to say a Big Thank You to the person who requested the build and Lapaige for doing the house build challenge with me. It's been so fun!!

Installation:The lots are .package files and need to be placed the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
The University Fencing and Arch is included in the zip file and need to be added to the
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Mods\Packages folder - Depending on how you have your mods folder setup.
The Custom Content is in .package format as well and needs to be copied to the mods\package folder.
