Thanks for the link. It worked. The mod works too, except for one thing. Ashley was so hungry she didn't allow any time to call David to the meal. David picked up the plate, set the table at the island and then called Ashley who had already finished her first meal. She ate the second meal and now she's feeling like a stuffed turkey.

Mrs G helped me find these camera mods.  There's one to use in Live mode and one to use while using tab mode and when you want to zoom in closer when in CAS.

This mod is a staple in my mods folder. There is a thorough explanation of how it works if you follow the link. The mod takes effect whenever a Sim is born. Furthermore, if you click on a Sim, there will be an option in the pie menu to randomize genetics - be careful not to click it by mistake. I wouldn't want to play without this mod ever again. If you ask me, it does a way better job than NRaas Story Progression Population Module which I have also played with extensively.

This mod is, I believe, only available via a direct link to MediaFire nowadays. A shame because it is incredibly useful and a game-saver when you play with horses. Without this mod, a horse who has a level 10 racing skill will have an awful and choppy animation when galloping. From my understanding, it was a bug that was never fixed (surprise!). I found out about the mod on the offical Sims forum in this thread.

There is another useful mod for when playing with horses. Before you know, your horse(s) will have dug up a ton of produce that basically just litters the ground on your lot. Today, I was reminded of just how annoying that is. So, here is the mod which prevents it that I have used in the past as well.

Since I'm creating sims based on people I know, I like this mod because in a lot of cases the heights are very different between husband and wife. Even in my case, my grandsons are 18 feet 127 inches tall. (slight exaggeration but very tall).

I recently had a problem placing certain items on community property, like stoves and realized that I'd been using a mod that I had just deleted because I wasn't sure what it was. I just figured it out.

It allows you to place items, such as a stove, dishwasher, etc on community lots.

I mentioned this mod a while back -

and reported that it worked great on the household of 2 that I used to test it.

Yesterday I wanted to try it on my large family because everyone was preparing their own meals, including the kids, and eating randomly. It worked to a point but you have to manipulate it a bit.

Just before your cooking sim sets the table, pause the game and cancel out everything everyone is doing, then call the household for dinner. If they are in the middle of something, they'll be late to the table. I think there's another mod that slows dining down so the sims actually sit at the table for a while and chat. I'm going to look for that today.

I also don't think the mod works if you are giving the household free will.
