Description:This build was made by special request. They gave me a challenge to build an apartment-style building on a small-ish lot with a few units. I've built apartments similar to this, but most I wasn't happy with. This one I am really happy with and wanted to share.
It does not have any room markers, NPC doors, or items from Late Night, (call box/wall mailbox) This build can be easily edited to add those things.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.
\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Library
It can be found in-game in the Empty Houses library tab.
