ll I had left to do with the house is finish furnishing it and do a little bit of landscaping and do a little tweaking of this and that.

Here's a photo of the front of the house:

Taken in Sunset Valley, just because I love taking photos in SV. The lighting is beautiful in that town.

I have uploaded the house. You can find it here. Nadia ~ Residential Lot (40x40)

House Challenge #3 - Nov 28/21 - Part 1

The Laurel - A 4-Bedroom, 3-Bath Traditional Bungalow Style. Full open basement.
40x40 lot
§243,812

Way too much CC to list.

The Original and the floor plan. The original looks much smaller that what we have created. I had not downloaded the photo of the original so neither of us knew what it looked like. It filled the 40x40 lot so when I moved it to Riverview, I placed it on a 40x50 to give it a bit of a back yard.

Challenge #3 Interior - Part 2
I realized it was way bigger than I though while I was furnishing it so I don't feel the bedrooms/office are complete.

Both your houses are beautiful!

Lapaige I must say that your interior and landscaping are both stunning!

After furnishing and decorating large homes like that, I'm usually too burned out to do much of anything with the exterior.

You mentioned you had a lot of cc in it, but is there any chance you'll be sharing it?

I think it would be perfect for my Town Jump family as a main home, being so open and spacious.

Was it made for a specific Sims 3 town?

Thank you, Deedee. I built in (I think we both did) Builder's Island. In case you're not aware of what it is, it's just and empty landscape with roads and it's a free download available on MTS. Then I moved mine to Riverview where I've been rebuilding the entire town.

As to CC, most of it come from The Sims Resource. Some of my favorite creators are Cashcraft, Mutske, Kardofe and more.
If you want to let me know specifically which items you like, I'll be happy to point you to them.

Cashcraft has a lot of "glamorous" style and vintage items. I have a very large mansion that's been sitting empty for a while and I'm thinking of furnishing it strictly with Cashcraft.

Mutske has great windows, doors and stairs.

For art, I just search paintings or art on TSR...pages and pages of it.
