Description:

Lapaige and I put our heads together and came up with another house challenge.  I don't know why, but I love these challenges!!

She provided the floorplan first, without showing an external screenshot of the house. All we had to go on was the floorplan. As seen here in our House Challenge #3 thread.

My interpretation of the floorplan was a semi-large and upscale home - 4 bedroom home with what looked like an office/study room.

Lapaige later shared a screenshot of the front of the home here and we were both surprised at how small the house is.

We both liked what we had done with the floorplan, so we stuck with what we had. Other than I did a few tweaks here and there - adding the basement stairs in the game/skilling room instead of the kitchen/livingroom area.

It's been really interesting seeing how each of our houses come out. :)

The home was furnished with some basics, but please change things out as you and your Sims like.  I personally like to furnish/decorate to my own Sim's taste. This is one reason why I offer unfurnished homes.

It's sits on a 40x40 lot, so if you want to have more outdoor space, you might try placing it on a 50x50 or larger lot.
