Description:This house comes from House Challenge #5 ~ Sears House (as seen
here). Lapaige brought up the challenge and I happily accepted!!
Of course I read the floorplan wrong. lol What I have as a downstairs bedroom is suppose to be the library. I really like it as a bedroom, so I went with it. When I'm playing a family with a toddler, I like having a room for them downstairs on the main level.
We both made adjustments to the floorplan to make each unique. I with Lapaige's help found a way to add an attic to this house. Which I am very pleased with!!
It's a home from early 1900s 2-story, with attic and what is suppose to be an excavated basement, but I went full basement. Means more room for skilling objects.
My story behind the house is that Henry Forrester found the floorplan and had it built for him, his wife and family. The family renovated somewhat recently, but kept a few tid-bits (furnishings/cabinetry) around. The furniture in the tv nook and the cabinetry in the diningroom.
Furnished version has objects from Ambitions, Generations, and Pets. Objects will be replaced or removed if you don't have the pack.
Included in the zip files are screenshots of the house, as well as both the unfurnished and furnished versions of the house.

Installation:The lot is in .package format, and need to be placed in the Sims 3 Library folder.

The lot can be found in the Show Empty Houses tab in the in-game library.
The Custom Content is in .package format as well and needs to be copied to the mods\package folder.
