Excellent! 
I like the fact that you do that without using CC, as far as I can tell. It makes your houses ideal for sharing. Mine are so full of CC that it would be useless to share. I know you list your CC but I'm just not wired that way and it would take me hours. 

I should do mine without CC first, save that one and then do my thing with CC. Maybe.... or not...

Thank you!! No CC or Store Content was used in this build. I would say if I were using any. Sharing the lot is one of my personal goals of the building challenges after they're finished.

You could create a unfurnished/no CC house to share when doing building challenges?

When I use CC I do list what I am using because it's nice to have a list for whoever downloads the lot. They don't load it, go to view or play it and half or all of the CC is missing.

I went back to an old save of the #6 challenge house (pre attic) and took out all the cc and recreated it using in-game objects. I was most concerned about the boy's room since it had a nautical theme but it came out not too badly.

I thought I had an unfurnished save. I can go back and unfurnish it and change out the windows.

I added a few things and tweaked a few things, but the house is ready.
