Lapaige gave me an idea of a Tiny build challenge. I've actually been wanting to have some more tiny house builds. lol I found us 4....errrm... 5 floorplans to share.

You can either build 'em all... or pick one or even two to build.

These are really cute! I think I'll attempt the last one sometime this week. I love the minty green color on the outside too. I might have to make mine to match.

I like the last one as well (not pictured). There's something about it's patio that grabbed me. lol I also liked how they showed the place nicely furnished.

I think I'm almost done with this one. I wanted to make it the same color as the picture, but I just couldn't find the right green or teal, so I went with a more rustic look. I still need to work on the outside, the bedroom, and the master bathroom. I also hated the fact that the shout-out shutters would disappear when I tried to get the whole house in the picture. They only show up when looking at the first level only, so I changed out the windows.

If you're still wanting to try the light green color of the house, you might be able to save a copy of the screenshot of the  front of the house and find an online color picker? Maybe.  I found one a long time ago, but it's been awhile. 

Can't remember if you have to have a copy of the screenshot to use something like that or not.

That's a good idea. I think I'll try it out.

You might be able to find one that doesn't necessarily require you to upload the house external screenshot. Thinking in the way of finding something close to that shade and then use the mouse to darken/brighten it to where it's close.

I haven't dropped this challenge. I just haven't been in a building mood lately for whatever reason. I was able to find an image for the 5th house, but it won't thumbnail properly, so I just left it at a link to copy. lol

I'm still going back and forth as to which house plan I want to start with. There's a few that really grab me just on the floorplan itself.

I decided to try building the Farmhouse inspired tiny house. Basically the first one on the list in the first post.

Here's the basic shell of the house. I like using the doors and windows from Pets, but the base game windows up top aren't working for me. lol



I'd love to find windows more like what's shown in the screenshot:


Lapaige, do you know if MissyZims might have something close to what's in the screenshot above?

Thinking outloud... Maybe something like this? I thought she had these in a set. I'll have to do more digging.

The MZ_Square Sightlines Windows Set from MissyZims didn't work well for me.  Wasn't fitting with the feel I am trying go go with.



So I went back to my original plan of using windows and doors from Pets. However, I couldn't let go of the barn door, Lapaige and I found. I tried it on the office room and on porch that's actually suppose to be fully open. lol  The barn doors are super cute!!
