I see a couple more pieces of CC. The doors on the front and back of the house along with the screen windows and roof line. lol

I love the colors of the the house. It looks like a cream color along with a sagey-green color. I also love the layout!! You did a wonderful job with it!!

I did take some screenshots of the house (B4-L) -

I decided to try making a different version of the house, yet the internal part looks very similar to my original version. Work in Progress -





I do want to make this one look slightly different with using different windows and external wall color.  I really want to try a creamy color and the sagey-green color on the windows!! 

I don't have a name for this house or the original version I did previously.

Thank you. You're right about the CC. I can't always see the little icons that indicated that they are CC. I usually default to that roof because I like the edge trim on it.
The layout is based on the floor plan for that house except that I took a piece out of the screened porch and made a small dining area because I didn't like the fact that according to the plans, the only dining area was the counter.

The windows (there might be a couple of CC there as well) are mainly "Windows of Opportunity" and the color is just how they come up. I though they were ust grey but different monitors show colours differently.

How's this for odd... I'm looking at your house screenshots again and see the windows are a grey color... lol

I absolutely -love- the dormer!! I tried that with my original... ish build and it didn't look right no matter what size I tried. So I took it out.

Didn't even try it with my new version.

The floor plan didn't change so I didn't include it. but I can add it. I'm going out in a bit so I might look at it later. I haven't walked for a few days so I'm meeting a friend for coffee.

I walked a wee bit yesterday because I went to my grandon's grad ceremony and the parking was crazy. it was a long walk from the car. It's a good thing I had my son to lean on.
It was a very long ceremony and we didn't wstay for the whole thing. Fortunatley due to our last name, my grandson was among the first up but 2 hours later and we were only half way though and I wasn't feeling too great. It was a huge graduating class of over 500  students.

Yes please do. The floorplan screenshot used to be there with the other screenshots of your 2nd build. I'm not sure what happened to it.

Here's my update... Still a work in-progress. Tried a dormer as well on this version after seeing yours. I am pleasantly surprised at how well it looks. Don't look at the back roofline. *Blush* the back end of the dormer roof is showing.  I'll need to fix that next time I'm in-game.

Still need to figure out what I want to do for flooring.  I really like how this version is turning out!!

I completely messed up my house so I've been trying to fix it and having trouble sorting it out. I added anther dormer to the back of the house which made for a huge attice space which then called for stairs. Now it's gone from a "tiny house" to a house with "future expansion potential." :::sigh:::
