Did you build that house? I don't recognize it from RV. I had plans to play yesterday but I had a late start and some interruptions so I ended up working on my house. I think I have the outside done as closely as I can to the real life house. Now I just have to finish the inside.

No, I didn't build it. It is called Remington's Ruse and has four resident ghosts (former family members).

On an unrelated note: Why do my Sims always seem to get torrential rain on Leisure Day? I have a hard time focusing today, so I'm in Bridgeport currently, playing with a split up Littler family. Also, two of my Sims are sick, so that pool party they all want to throw will have to wait until next summer

I'll have to take a look at an unrestored RV. I don't recognize it at all.

I have manipulated my Seasons so I get a very short winter and long spring, summer and fall. I've also unchecked snow, fog and hail.

I feel justified in purchasing Late Night because now my lovely Jessica (musician) can actually play her piano.

For now, my seasons last the standard 7 days each, and I have aging turned off. Hail in the summer is unfamiliar for me as a Dane, but I have it and the rest of the weather types enabled for now. FYI, hail is only a summer thing in the Sims 3. If we get hail in Denmark, it is normally during autumn and/or early spring - that is, a cold weather thing.

Gosh, playing as a fairy makes gardening so...doable, lol

I've never done gardening with a fairy, but have read that they do make it more fun and quicker tending.

Fairies do not tend a garden faster, but they can make plants become harvestable instantly. There is a risk that the plant might also become barren if it fails, but it doesn't happen that often in my experience.

Fairies can also speak to plants, but I don't think it does anything besides adding flavor.
