Then just pick one Sim and perhaps cheat up their skills?

Family play is a bit exhausting and not optimal when focusing on a skill or job with one Sim.

Somehow, my Miraj almost got fired from his medical career. His performance was abysmal and I don't know why, because I was also focusing on the other household members. To get his performance back up, I decided to have him quit and then re-join. It was easier that way.

That is what I have found playing the family I was previously playing. lol

Ohh good tip!! I've found that tip (quit and re-join) helpful a few times. You might end up joining at a lower level. But I find you can level back up pretty quickly.

I might have to cheat up some skills because most of my newly created sims are in my newly created expensive housing. :D

Argh! My sweet Sim, do NOT answer the friggin' phone when you're on your way to woohoo! *pulls hair out*

My Sims are too easily distracted.

Yes, and make sure they're not hungry or need to use the bathroom. So distracting. :D

They can be so terrible at managing their needs. I really, really hate it when they go to bed with a full bladder or almost starving.

When I first loaded in my Moore family, I didn't realize that mom/dad couldn't sleep in the same bed until I assigned them husband/wife. So mom sat up all night in the rocking chair in the baby's room and she eventually had an accident.

I've put a how-to together on creating and saving a collection folder in Sims 3.

Making a Collection and Saving It.

Mrs. Goodwrench helped me with putting some of the instructions together and Lapaige helped remind me to get it all put together. lol

Thank you!! :)

Ugh... I have to leave here at about 6:15 to pick up my son to take him in for a medial procedure. He's going to be sedated so he can't drive himself. But I haven't slept a wink all night. This is going to be an interesting day.
