Nindigo, I'm sorry that you feel you're the only one that plays.

I do play. I just don't share a lot of play photos, as I don't really take a lot of play photos. I never really have.

I've been troubleshooting the stuttering that's happening...errm was happening in my saves lately. Put back in most of my mods and CC and stutter is gone for the most part.

I've gone through my mods and custom content. Got rid of some and added some *Blush* Now it seems to be a bit more organized.

Now to add back in my main save to see how that works out.

There is definitely something wonky with Claire's house, as she took her toddler outside to the front porch to read a book with her toddler.

It's been a long, long while since I've played in an EA pre-made house and the routing has got me scratching my head.

MrsFlynn, it makes me want to take a closer look at her house - maybe playing as her or having "my" Sims try and live in it. Hmm, I could copy it and place it in my Twinbrook even. Gosh, I could actually breed her to my Alvis as well! Manipulating time and space is such a trivial thing in The Sims

By the way, I have experienced stutter after removing mods as well. It's like the game becomes used to having them and starts to cough when they are gone. I solved it the same way as you by putting the mods back in.

The stutter was with all my mods added and "tons" of custom content. I say that in quotation because a ton to one person could be tiny to someone else. lol Looking at my old packages folder it was 594 MB. *Blush*

Now it's down to 302 MB.

Yes, please do take a look at Claire's house.   You may not have to play her long. I even tried moving furniture/lighting around to see if something was blocking and buying more expensive tv/stereo to see if that was part of the issue. Nope neither of those options made a difference. Neither Claire or Amanda will workout or dance in the livingroom.

The dance action cancels when Amanda is active and I get a No when trying to workout.  With Claire I get No with both the Dance and Workout actions.

I haven't moved them out and moved them back in, bulldozed the house and replaced it.

I have tried Reset Everything via MasterController and Reset Lot via MC as well. Neither helped.

tldr version - Moving worked!!

Longer version -

I moved them out to a empty lot, so they wouldn't loose their wishes. Saved house to library, bulldozed it and replaced it. Moved 'em back in and had Claire try working out via the tv and it worked!!

Oh, cool. I remember that working for me when I played Claire at some point ages ago. As she needs to work out to progress in her job as a criminal. I still feel like paying her a visit though. To see if Unborn Ursine will run into porch trouble once a toddler. I'll change the speed of aging to normal for this

As for the issue with stuttering; a lot of CC can also bog the game down, but I'm sure you are aware of that. I barely use anything currently.  It's worth being aware of the polycount of CC hair, as the the higher the number, the more load it puts on the game. You probably know this too. But perhaps not all thread viewers do.

I don't know if Claire's toddler will have stair issues or not. With them being in my active family I keep a watch over them.
