Nindigo, do you have Velocity Grass' "Any Lot Size" mod? If so, you can just create a 60x60 lot.

It's a mod that you place in your mods folder, and in-game you open up the cheat console and type testingcheatsenabled on
and then for example you want a lot size of 30x40 you would type in:

AddLotSize 30 40

Sonshine, don't worry. I found it on MTS. I usually know where to look for mods and stuff and how to install. If not, I read the instructions

I couldn't get my game to load with the lot size adjuster mod for some reason, so I built the Shayde House on the intended lot in SV instead: Updated Shayde House

I'm sorry I do notice that it may have been created with an older game patch. So that might be why? *Shrug*
